Look Who's Getting Baptized!

It's #6.

You may or may not know that #6 is not a big fan of having her picture taken.

She makes it really hard for an amateur photographer (that would be moi) to quickly and effectively capture her true personality.

 Gratefully, out of the 100's of photos quickly snapped of her, there were a few (thanks to the help of awesome editing programs) really good ones.

These were all taken near our home:

 The stream up the street

 The orchards down the road

 The mountains out our front door

 And the sagebrush field across the street

 Now if Saturday would just hurry up and get here!

I've been going through years and years worth of photos looking for my absolute favorites to hang up in a gallery wall I want to do going down the stairs. There were so so many. It is hard to decide. I printed them all but I have still yet to decide which ones I want to frame. Here are just a "few" of my favorites:

Through the Eyes of a Teenager

 #2 and #3 are both taking a photography class in school.

Yes the same class, the same hour, the same teacher, the same everything!

 It's been fun to see the world through their eyes (or should I say photos?).

 Who knew our weeds could look so cool?

 And this angle of the sagebrush across the street - breathtaking with the blue sky and mountains behind it.

 Speaking of angles, how about this one?

I think I'll appoint them both Official Collins' Family Photographers.  They can be in charge of taking all the photos from now on.
