Christmas Fudge

This recipe has been passed down from Rachael's Great-Grandma Lucy, and is made every Christmas.

1 can evaporated milk
3 (12oz) packages of chocolate chips
2 sticks of butter
1 tsp vanilla
4-1/2 Sugar
1 10-1/2 package mini marshmallows

Put chocolate chips, marshmallows, butter, nuts, and vanilla into a large bowl and set aside. Mix milk and sugar in large heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. When it has reached a full rolling boil, boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over other mixture. Stir until chocolate chips and butter are melted. Pour into a 9' x 13' buttered pan and set in fridge for 1-1½ hour. Cut into small squares.
