MY NEW LOVE!

YOGA! I've been doing Yoga on a regular basis every Friday for the last 3+ months. I love it. It's a great way to stretch, unwind, and refocus. For me it's very spiritual and motivating. Not to mention all the good that yoga does for my body. My favorite poise: Savasana (also known as the corpse poise-for good reason) :)
