I once wanted 8 kids, and then I had my first 2 really close together (14 months), and decided maybe 2 or 3 would be just fine. Little did I know then that Heavenly Father had a different plan for me. Babies kept coming, whether I was ready for them or not. 4 kids 5 and under was tough! Very tough!!! 5 years later we were blessed with saucey #5 and then our last SURPRISE #6 was born 20 months later. Two more close together, no problem, I've done this before. Piece of Cake. . . Right? WRONG! It was hard because I now had teenagers in the mix. No longer was I able to just stay home and play blocks on the floor with my kids, I had places to be, kids to run around, ball games, scout meetings, and school activities my other kids need me at (whether they want me there, that is a different story :)). Throw in a husband going back to school full-time, while also working full-time, and my job became even more challenging.

Don't get me wrong. I am grateful for each one of my children and my husband. Sometimes it's just a little overwhelming. There is so much to do, and juggle. And there is very little recognition for the millions of things I do each day (that I don't necessarily enjoy doing) that are part of the job, part of the career I've always wanted. I needed some help. A little pick me up. Someone to give me a pat on the back, to tell me it's ok and that I'm doing a great job. That's when I found this. . . .
