This little girl will turn 7 on Saturday. I can't believe it.
Just last week she was a chubby 2 year old. (Be still my beating heart.)
No matter her age, she was always into dressing-up
and accessorizing. She is and has always been such a girly-girl.
This past August when it was her turn to go school shopping, she begged and begged for a pair of high heels. I think she was picturing in her mind patent leather, bright pink stilettos with a huge bow on the toe.
This was the compromise, a navy and white striped wedge with a big red bow on the toe.
She loves her high heels and wears them almost every day. It doesn't matter if they match what she is wearing or not.

This was her last week. Still wearing them. . .
If she keeps it up, she will soon have a "peep-toe" to wear for Spring.
