Hello 2018

Can I make a confession?

I don't like the term "New Year's Resolution", and I never have.
Resolutions are just that -resolute, unchangeable, permanent, firm, set in stone. If you break it, that's it, it's over. I much prefer to set New Year's Goals. A goal is an ambition.  It is something you aim or desire for. It's never set in stone and can be changed anytime you see fit.

 See the difference?

My needs and desires tend to come and go, and I like the flexibility of being able to change things up as I desire.

On that note, yesterday I shared my 2017 goals. Today I want to talk (write) about my 2018 ones.

Here we go:

Goal 1- Start blogging again.

Check! Goal accomplished. Now that was easy!

Goal 2- Add value to the world and make money doing it!

This is a little vague. I haven't quite figured out exactly what I'm going to do yet, but I will. Whatever it is, it's going to be amazing, awesome and fabulous! I'll keep you posted.

Goal 3- Lose 15 pounds

This one's pretty self-explanatory. I've learned so much about permanent weight loss over the last year or two, and I've done great at losing the weight and keeping it off, but I have never been able to get down to my goal weight. I've finally discovered what I was missing and I'm really excited to implement these new tools and see the results.

Yes, I plan on sharing what I've learned just in case any of you, my blog family, want to implement some of these amazing yet super easy tools too.

Did you set any intentions for 2018? I'd love for you to share them with me.

Cheers to 2018!
Here's to our best year yet.
